Who will own the rights to the commission when completed?

Generally, all artwork on this site is owned by the artist, unless discussed prior to the purchase. Custom artwork for a commissioned character can be used by the purchaser as their character for PERSONAL use (which would include such things as on their site or for their avatar). All artwork from this site is protected from and may not be used for profit or commercial use purposes (unless the commission was sold that way by the artist and is in writing).
