Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for custom art work, nor digital downloads. All sales for custom art are non-refundable but if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution. For any other items, you must contact us within 48 hours and explain the reason for return/refund. We will only consider damaged items or items received which were clearly not the expected/ordered item agreed to in the sale.
